🌟 Preparing for Your MyoSculpt™ Treatment

To ensure you get the most out of your MyoSculpt™ session, here are a few simple steps to follow before your appointment:

🧴 Pause Active Skincare Ingredients (5-7 Days Prior)

Please discontinue use of products containing glycolic acid, benzoyl peroxide, retinol, or potent vitamin C. These ingredients can increase skin sensitivity and may lead to irritation during treatment. Accutane users must wait at least 6 months since last dose.

💉 Timing Around Botox & Fillers

• Botox:     Schedule your MyoSculpt™ at least 2 weeks before or after Botox      injections.
• Dermal      Fillers: Allow 3–4 weeks post-injection to ensure      the filler has fully settled before treatment.

💧 Hydrate Generously

Drink plenty of water the day before and the day of your session. Hydration helps optimize results and minimize potential side effects.

🥂 Avoid Salty Foods & Alcohol (Night Before)

To reduce puffiness and fluid retention, we recommend steering clear of salty meals and alcoholic beverages the evening before your appointment.

Important Contraindications & Guidelines for Treatment Please review the following information before booking your facial treatment at Living Sky Laser & Skin Clinic. Your safety and skin health are my top priority.  Contraindications (Facial should not be performed): 

   •   Cancer: Clients must be in remission for at least 6 months before starting treatments.    •   Grade 4 Acne: If skin is very congested with pustules and papules, treatments will irritate skin and spread bacteria.  

   •   Accutane: Wait at least 6 months after discontinuing Accutane before treatment.    •   Autoimmune Diseases: Treatments are not recommended for clients with autoimmune disorders.   

   •   Diabetes: Requires written GP permission due to slower healing and circulation issues.    •   Impetigo: Clients with this contagious bacterial infection should not undergo facials.  Minor Contraindications (Proceed with caution — affected areas will be avoided): 

   •   Eye infections (conjunctivitis, styes, cysts) 

   •   Active acne, seborrheic dermatitis, herpes simplex (cold sores), eczema   

   •   Psoriasis  

   •   Keloid scars    

   •   Telangiectasia (broken capillaries)   

   •   Raised moles, warts, skin tags     

   •   Cuts, bruises, abrasions
